Just writing in to put the good word in on your 'hard worker' Adam Scappatura. 

 

Adam has been managing my property for a while now (since the Ray White days) and I can honestly say that I have not once ever questioned, regretted or doubted Adam's ability as a Property Manager.  He's an outstanding character who always does the best to his ability, is very knowledgeable in his field of work, and can always be called upon above and beyond his duties.

 

Recently, I encountered problems with a tenant of another property that I own.  The property manager came as default because my wife owned it before I became co-owner.  If it were up to me, I would have signed the property a long time ago to your agency.

 

The situation basically became about where the tenant, while given sufficient notice, had refused to leave. 

 

I thought it might be worth a shot to give Adam a call to get his view and offer any advice on how to handle the situation.

 

The way Adam has handled the situation and his willingness to provide 'beyond the call of duty' customer service is exceptional.  Given that the property was not managed by your agency, Adam still provided a service to which I've grown accustomed to (but appreciate severely at the same time).

 

Much to our relief the tenant is due to move out today and hand over the keys. 

 

If you're wondering about the other agent, it's not worth going into and I've dealt with them on a separate basis. 

 

But again, congratulations to Adam for being a stand-up person at your company and I only hope that he is rewarded in kind.
